She Loves her daddy...

Wrigley loves her Daddy. Her favorite time of day is when dad comes home for lunch everyday. He has these goofy tricks and noises and skits he does for her that make her giggle like no one else can. Anyway here are some pics from todays lunch break.

A lesson learned...

I remember when Wrigley was first born I think i Changed her 5 or more times a day, her clother that is. Anytime she spit up a little I was looking through her drawers for a new onesie. I was going through some pictures I took today before church and realized she slobbered all over her dress and got apples on her collar. I didnt bother changing her though because I knew something else would fall out of her mouth by the time we got to church. Agh these life lessons as a mom. I used to think how can these mom's have their kids walk around in dirty slobbered clothes? Well lets just say I now understand. :) So heres Wrigley before church in her drooled on pink dress. She still looks cute though.

Wes and Jace visit...

Wes, Jared's cousin and lifelong Cubs fan came into town on Wednesday followed by Jace, Jared's brother who came in on Thursday. This weekend was a Sports Extraavaganza for them. They went to a Cubs game on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday followed by a long day of golf on Saturday (27 holes) followed by cooking school for Wes. My mom and aunt came over to teach him how to make Pierogi. He did a great job becauase they were some of the best Pierogi I've had. Then they wound up the week with a Bears game on Sunday !!!! We are all chilling here tonight recuperating from a fun but tiring weekend. They both leave tomorrow morning. We had a great week and Wrigley loved all the extra attention. She really liked Jace a ton and was absolutly mezmorized by Wes (I decided it was his Jesus beard, she probably thought Jesus came to visit for the weekend :)

Post it man does it all...

So with all this crazy weather going on our basement flooded once again... So who do we call? The people we always call when we need something: Post it man...Tom and his sidekick Jerry.I hope Jerry doesnt get mad for calling him his sidekick (it just sounded better that way). I think they get sick of us sometimes always calling and asking how to do something or fix something around the house. I dont know how they do it but they know how to fix any and everything. Tom and Jerry are great to have around from moving things to fixing things to anything inbetween they are always willing to help and spend there free time helping us out. They are great.

Especially Tom. During the months when Jerry was sick and still recovering and feeling pretty crummy Tom was doing everything. He was keeping everything together at work and helping install new plumbing and faucets at our place. When our power went out a few weeks ago and our basement flooded the last time Tom was over hooking up generators and pumping out the water. Its always nice to have these guys around, Im never too worried when something breaks or goes wrong because Im always positive that Tom or Jerry will figure it out and fix it.

So thanks you guys are great.

I have to say that I miss Jerry's bald head. His hair is growing back and is super curly its kind of crazy. Wrigleys hair is starting to grow in more too. Wrigley looks so helpless, that was just a few months ago!!!

This is day 2 of Wrigley trying sweet potatoes, Im gonna try again tomorrow but she is just not a fan, she likes the apples much better especially when I give her fresh apples. Anyway you can see for yourself...

This quick blurp is for mom who is way too far away from her only granddaughter, but October will be here soon... Wrigley is getting so big its insane today when me and Jare were dressing her after her bath he pulled out her Manu pajamas and I said um Jare those really dont fit anymore, he said sure they do. I said um nope we need to put on the 9-12 month old ones and sure enough those fit perfect. Anyway, I also bought a side table for our front room today on my way home from picking my mom up at the temple at our favorite outlet place. They have this great clearance room where everything is slighly damaged and like 75-80 percent off anyway here they go...

So I was cleaning up some Picture folders on Jareds computer and I came across an entire folder dedicated to Pictures with Famous People. This folder was created about 2 years ago now and there is still only one photo in there ... Agh Jare Jare, so I though I would Post the one picture he has with a famous person, Jared is so optimistic, that'y what I love about him :)

Wrigley is the queen of power napping she doesnt want to skip a beat so she has decided to energize herself wtih short power naps sometimes they last only 10 to 15 minutes. So that is why our daughter looks like she has been cramming for a test all night most of the time with red eyes and big bags under her eyes.

Jared gets Lasered

So for awhile now Jared has been debating getting eye surgery. I got mine almost 2 years ago and then Tom, my mom, Jerry and David followed suit. So this last August Jared decided he wanted to increase his Sporting extraveganza experience when Jace and Wes came into town, so he did it. Well it was a bit worrisome because he was seeing double the next few days when he should have been seeing better with only a little bit of haziness. I made an appointment for him to come in early to the doctor because something wasnt right. So he went in and the doctor saw a microscopic fold in his lens that was causing the double vision so they redid the surgery and today Jared has one good eye...We were a little worried for a bit though. Here he is after the surgery.

In the beginning...

...there was a Japanese majoring Soccer player from Oregon that thought Mike and Ikes were harmless to the waistline because they were fat free and a Dancing Chicago Polish Social Worker who didn't know what a coldasack was...and well the rest is history...
